They don’t click together perfectly but I don’t think they were meant too.

Painter’s Walk, part of the Puzzle Piece Collection, represents a connection I felt through color alone✨ These earrings were made from the only two puzzle pieces I found in this particular style. At first, my mind went to the water of Venice, Italy… but then another European icon took over the feeling: Van Gogh 🌟🌻

So much of his work carries sadness and anger beneath the surface, which is maybe why blue shows up again and again. And while his most iconic pieces are full of flowers and stars, I’ve always felt the yellow was his way of pushing light forward, choosing brightness even when things underneath felt heavy.

Why focus on the background when the masterpiece is front and center? 🌞

His work was bold, textured, and emotional in a way that didn’t ask permission. Some emotions can’t be controlled they’ll show up thick and layered 🌀🖼️🫟

These colors came together while I was walking downtown Nashville one morning, wandering Broadway during a quiet stretch, taking pictures because I had to make use of my “free” parking (💋). Taking mental marks of the different contrast, movements and how I could actually think about them for two seconds without running into a confused tourist and letting my emotions out
